Nimble ("the App") is a personal fitness tracking application. This policy explains how your data is handled.

Data We Collect

If you choose to create an account, we collect:

• Email address — used only to create and access your account.
• Workout data — exercises, sets, weights, reps, and session history that you enter into the App.

Creating an account is optional. If you use the App without signing in, no data ever leaves your device.

How Your Data Is Used

Your data is used solely to provide the App's features — backing up your workouts and syncing them across your devices. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or analytics.

Data Storage

• When you are not signed in, all data is stored locally on your device only.
• When you are signed in, your workout data is securely synced to Supabase, a cloud database service. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
• Each user can only access their own data. Access controls are enforced at the database level.
• Deleting your account will permanently remove all your data from our servers.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Supabase for account authentication and cloud storage when you choose to sign in. Supabase's privacy policy is available at supabase.com/privacy. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are used.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at the email below. Local data can be removed by uninstalling the App.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
